Recreation & Retail Information (Saturday 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm)
Forest Home offers a variety of recreation and retail options during your retreat. These options are available based on the season and size of your group. Recreation and retail schedules are subject to change during your retreat.
Open Access:
Located throughout Mill Creek, the following recreation options are open to all guests and are available
from 7:00am - 11:00pm each day throughout your retreat.
Hiking
Miniature Golf
Basketball
Horseshoes
Volleyball
Ping Pong
GaGa Pit
Canyon Park (limited hours):
Located just west of Lakeview, this centralized recreation location is home to some of the bigger and
more exciting recreation apparatuses at Mill Creek Canyon. All guests must wear closed-toe shoes to
participate in these recreation options.
Zip Line (available for Weekend retreats only) - Max. weight of 275lbs and a Min. weight of 75lbs
and ability to wear a harness per safety standards.
Giant Swing (mid-week and weekend retreats) - Max. weight of 250. No Min. and ability to wear a
harness per safety standards.
Sky Trail (midweek and weekend retreats) - Max. Weight Limit is 300lbs and ability to wear a
harness per safety standards
Boulder Junction - Has no weight or height requirement.
Lake Mears:
Located in the center of Lakeview, Lake Mears has many activities for all ages. Lake Mears is seasonal and has limited open times.

Laser tag (limited hours/additional cost):
Located near the Lakeview recreation field, the laser tag course is sure to provide your guests a fun, unique experience. $100 to open the course and for your first hour, and $50 for each additional hour. Please request through your event planner prior to event. Max. capacity- 20 guests per game.
Forest Center Pool:
Located in Forest Center, the pool is a great place for guest groups of all ages featuring pool side basketball nets, a splash pad, lounge chairs with umbrellas, and a diving platform.
Forest Home Fields:
can be reserved 4 weeks in advanced in 2-hour time blocks. Contact your event planner to make a reservation. Fields are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Den (limited hours):
Located in Forest Center, The Den is open during free time hours for your guests to relax, check-out board games, and play ping pong or carpet ball.
The Clubhouse (no cash):
Located in Forest Center, the Clubhouse offers many snack items to the guests of your retreat for purchase. Snacks include french-fries, pre-packaged snacks, ice-cream, and more. Don’t forget the famous Forest Home shakes in a variety of flavors! For groups over 200, please ask your event planner about preordered shakes. Also, stop by and check out the Forest Home merchandise: t-shirts, hats, and sweatshirts, etc.
Stagecoach Coffee House (no cash):
Stagecoach Coffee House features many of the specialty coffees found at any mainstream coffee shop. Drinks are served hot, cold, and blended!
