His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion returns stateside on Tuesday 8 March and will be at St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church in Los Angeles for prayers at 6:00 p.m. Everyone is invited to greet His Eminence upon his return.

Fasting Great Lent

As we begin the Holy and Great Fast, it is important that each of us receives spiritual guidance with regards to how to fast. Do not take it upon yourself to make a rule of fasting for yourself. And remember that if you are not keeping the fast, you may not approach partake of Holy Communion.
