UPDATED LITURGY SCHEDULE

Our updated schedule for our Liturgies is Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm with the aim to reduce a larger gathering on Sunday. Currently, the limit for gatherings is 50, so please try to attend these weekly Liturgies, if you can. We will also have video streaming downstairs to keep the church area under 50. We will make adjustments as necessary and as new information becomes available.

Thank you for your patience, cooperation, and prayers as we all face this unprecedented challenge the corona virus is causing in our society. By the Grace of God, this challenge will be overcome and things will settle down, God willing.

MARCH 21 || PREPARATION FOR BAPTISM (CATUCHEMEN) CLASSES

Come join us on Saturday nights at 6:45 PM (after the Vespers Prayers) for Baptism preparation classes. These classes are for those interested in becoming members of the Coptic Orthodox Church, for those recently baptized (within the last few years), or simply for anyone else seeking to better understand the basics of the Christian Faith. Together, we will review the importance of baptism and its impact, the Sacraments, the inspiring church history, the Orthodox Creed, the Holy Bible, Orthodox Prayer and Spiritual life, and Church traditions.

Reading material will be provided for those who wish to attend.

CANCELLATION || GRADUATES & YOUNG PROFESSIONALS 11TH ANNUAL LENTEN RETREAT

In recent weeks, the world has witnessed the global spread of the COVID-19 virus. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the GYP Committee, with the guidance of His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion and His Grace Bishop Kyrillos, will regretfully cancel the upcoming GYP Lenten Retreat.

We are saddened that we will not have Lenten Retreat this year, however we must keep in mind that we each have a civic duty and responsibility to our community to do what is best for everyone’s safety and health. God willing, we plan on hosting a spiritual day in the near future.

For those who have registered and paid, please allow 5-7 business days to receive a refund of your payment.

Thank you for your understanding in these extraordinary times. We pray you have a blessed Lent and remain in good health.

APRIL 11 || ANNUAL LIVING PASCHA STORY

April 11th will be our annual Living Pascha Story. It will include palm weaving and stations to learn about the Resurrection along with a live donkey and pony.
