New Property?!?!?!

With the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion, a potential purchase of a new property was presented to the congregation after the liturgy on Sunday, October 30th. Unanimously, the congregation voted to continue to the process and explore the feasibility of purchasing this unique opportunity. If you missed this presentation, go to the church’s YouTube page and scroll to the end of the liturgy (timestamp: 2:55:51).

This land for sale is approximately 20 acres and has close to 7 acres of developable land. The land comes with three structures, five graded lots, utilities, access roads and plenty of open space! More will be discussed after each liturgy as this process progresses, so please do not miss any of the upcoming liturgies! A lot has to be done including verifying City code/zoning, making an offer, and of course funding for this great opportunity. If you’d like to get involved, please contact Fr. Michael at 949-378-0350 or frmichael@stbasil.net.

All-Saints Day Huge Success!

Thank you for all the wonderful servants who gave up their time and energy to put together a fabulous event!! This year, the kiddos (including those of all ages who attended) got to take a peek into heaven as written about by St. John in Revelations. There was also lots of candy and wonderful fellowship. Till next year! Click Here to see more photos!

Bible Study Fridays Nights (7:00 pm)!

Educational Vespers (Saturday nights 7:00pm-8:00pm)

Want to teach your children the basics of Coptic praises, hymns, midnight praises, deacon movements and responsibilities, etc.? Or maybe you too want to learn? Vespers is a great opportunity to prepare your children for the basics and build a foundation for greater growth in the rich tradition of Coptic liturgical hymns.

Join us on Saturday nights (7:00-8:00 pm) where we will pause at important points during vespers to explain what is happening! Even if your children are not deacons / deaconesses yet, this is a great opportunity to participate nonetheless!
