CHRIST IS RISEN! INDEED HE IS RISEN!

QUOTE OF THE WEEK

If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.

  • Colossians 3:1-4

Foster Kids Community Event - Huge Success!

  • What an amazing event! Adults and children assembled suitcases to provide to 107 foster children!

    • The suitcases were filled with hygiene products, spiritual reading material, and a special message from the congregation of St. Basil’s!

  • Working with local non-profit organizations (such as Olive Crest) these suitcases will be distributed to these children with so much challenge in their lives!

  • God bless all those who worked so hard to make this event happen and to those who contributed to improve these children’s lives!

A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in His holy habitation. ~Psalm 68:5

Congratulations!

Congratulations to Sara and Collin for the baptism of their daughter Evelyn! God bless your spiritual journey!

Baptize first the children, and if they can speak for themselves let them do so. Otherwise, let their parents or other relatives speak for them”

(Hippolytus - The Apostolic Tradition 21:16 - 215 AD)
